I made some Java applets in the early days of interactive web sites, mostly around 2000-2002. In 2026 I used Claude Code and OpenAI Codex to vibe-convert a few of them to HTML+Javascript to run in modern browsers, occasionally with quality of life improvements snuck in. Note that they are all made for mouse/keyboard input rather than newfangled touch screens.
